Wedding at Wandering Tree Estate in Barrington, IL – Darvin + Angelica

Ever since photographing Angelica and Darvin’s stunning sunset engagement session, I’d been waiting eagerly to photograph what I knew would be an equally beautiful wedding day. Angelica, her bridesmaids, and two extremely adorable pups got ready at the bride and groom’s house in Geneva, Illinois. The two dogs even had their own wedding attire! (although they weren’t too keen on posing for the camera!) Both the wedding ceremony and the reception took place at Wandering Tree Estate in Barrington, Illinois, which was an absolutely stunning private estate – perfect for an outdoor wedding! Angelica arrived at the ceremony site in a horse-drawn carriage, drawing all eyes to her just like a princess. After the ceremony, which took place underneath the canopy of a beautiful old tree and overlooking a lake, Angelica and Darvin left in the carriage to take photos with their bridal party. Later that evening, everyone celebrated together at the reception, which was also held outdoors. The dance floor was placed directly beneath another big tree, which was draped in lights and looked absolutely enchanting.
