It was a chilly fall day but the S family were bundled up for the session. The girls were dressed in very pretty pink and cream sweater, hat and gloves set that keep them warm and looking cute. Adding the pretty mom and handsome dad, this is what a beautiful family looks like.
Aanya's parents planned the perfect birthday to celebrate her 2nd birthday with friends and family in their stylish condo building. The spread of food and the sweet table were to die for. It was completed with photo booth, face painting, balloon art and lots of singing and dancing. It was a fun night for everyone, young and old.
In a cool fall morning, I visited Evanston to photograph the H family in their neighborhood. They have recently moved into their new home and have decorated for Halloween. So we spent some time in front of their beautiful new home and their neighborhood park.
Many Chicago families move to the suburb once their kids are school age or when the family keep expanding. The city is fun. But it doesn't have a particularly good reputation in terms of school. I met up with the P family who recently moved to the western suburb. They used to live in my neighborhood but now they are enjoying a lot more space living in the suburb and are loving it. We met up at Katherine Legg Park in Hinsdale for their family photo shoot. It's a change of scenery from my usual cityscape photos.
We travel. We travel to the place you like to have your photos taken. No matter where you are. So drop us a line and schedule your photo session now.
Chicago has the most awesome summer. It is those memories that help me survive the brutality of winter. The F family had their annual summer session last summer, before Baby #2 arrive (who, by the way, is now 3-months-old as I blog). It was a beautiful day by the lake. I am already looking forward to our next session in the summer with little E, aka Baby #2.

Happy new year! It maybe quiet here on the blog in the past couple of months. But we have been busy here at Eva Ho Photography. I'd like to introduce you to our new website that is dedicated to those who are looking for weddings and engagement photography - Eva Ho Weddings (www.EvaHoWeddings.com). As a result, this website will go through a facelift in the coming months to focus more on portraits and events. At the mean time, business as usual. I will be catching up on sessions that were done last summer/fall to have some of them posted on the blog. Look forward to a new blog post tomorrow!
